Update: 4-25-18 - I had to return the Spectre x360 for a full refund.  The Spectre x360 was overheating, lagging and constant crashing to the point it was un-usable.   HP tech support didn't try to trouble shoot it just told me to return it.  HP customer support wasn't helpful at all other than telling me to return it and continually trying to get me to pick another model instead of the x360.
