My name is Matt Outlaw.  My wife, Amy, and I create custom furniture and home decor.  We take great pride in each unique piece we create.  We have been married since 2000 and have 3 amazing kids and 3 family dogs (we really don't even like calling them dogs since they are family).

How we got started...

I have a background in construction and have always loved to work with my hands.  I love creating.  In February 2017, I decided to make a set of chairs with a side table that could be used on a deck or patio (pictured).  After making them, Amy staged them and we posted them for sale.  They sold the next day, and as they say, the rest is history.

How did we get our name, 731 Woodworks?

My wife and I met on July 31, 1999.  7-31.  We married exactly one year later on July 31, 2000.  Even though we didn't start woodworking until 2017, the name was born on July 31, 1999.  7-31 represents a day that changed our lives forever.  We couldn't think of a better name for our company than 731 Woodworks.

How Do I Order?

Orders can be placed by using the Contact form.  Or you can message me on Facebook or Instagram.  If you don't see what you want on our site, you can send me a picture or plans of what you are looking for and I can give you a quote if it is something we can build.

What do we ship?

We do NOT ship large items such as dining tables, end tables, etc.  The only items we ship at this time are available to buy in our online store.  Chevrons and other wall art will be available there.

How long does my order take?

Once an order is placed with a deposit, an estimated time frame will be given.  Since we build items in the order deposits are received, we cannot give an exact time frame here. A general time frame will be given upon ordering.  A typical time frame is 2 to 4 weeks.

 

We are located in Monticello, AR.  Delivery is available in Monticello, AR, only.  Otherwise, pickup must be arranged when the order is complete.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to place a custom order.  We require 50% of the order total as deposit.  Once we receive the deposit, we use this to buy the necessary materials and supplies to build your order.   For this reason, deposits cannot be returned.  The deposit goes toward the final price.  The final 50% will be due upon pickup.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns at this time.  If you have an issue with your furniture please contact me.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order, you forfeit your deposit.
